Woody & Charlie came out only a few hours after I called. They were very courteous and professional and explained everything they were doing step by step. They were also very respectful of our home and kept everything very tidy as they worked. Our home is old and needs lots of updates: all of the plumbing, a new water heater, and an upgraded water softener. Woody gave me lots of advice and options and I never felt any sort of pressure to hurry up and schedule anything or that I had to purchase any products from him exclusively. We will most certainly continue to use Wilmington Plumbing not only for their excellent work, fast response, and professionalism, but also because they were very reasonably priced for the services performed and the amount of time it took to complete.

Wilmington Plumbing has done many plumbing jobs at our house. The most recent was a toilet repair done efficiently and well by Charles. The owner of this business is knowledgeable, reliable, honest and fair and his skills, attention to detail and focus on customer service are instilled in his employees too. They complete the job, give a fair price, clean up and are always courteous and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Wilmington Plumbing Co really saved my bacon! I am a homeowner doing my own bathroom re-model for the first time. I tried to install a new shower value and the associated piping. However, I over estimated my plumbing abilities and got stuck without water in my house. I had to call Wilmington Plumbing Co. Woody came out after hours and had everything good to go in about an hour and a half. Always use Wilmington Plumbing when I have plumbing issues. I've had an issue and it was a false alarm they didn't even charge for service call . Recently had problem with shower with water not coming out shower head. His crew attacked problem until it was repaired. Their prices are very reasonable and won't conduct unnecessary repairs and give you options. They are professional prompt and will contact you on delays and keep you informed. Will definitely keep Wilmington Plumbing on my speed dial.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They installed a new hose bib for me a little over a year ago. I discovered it leaking pretty aggressively. I called Woody on a Sunday morning for advice. I wasn't really expecting a call back on a Sunday but I thought if I left a message I might be able to get in the queue early on Monday. Not only did Woody personally call me back within 20 minutes, he came straight over and replaced the defective part. I am absolutely amazed and thrilled by his commitment to me as a customer. I encourage anyone looking for plumbing services to give these guys a try. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends.

We call Wilmington Plumbing for broken pipe and they came out the same day in morning was in a Hr. sent out Bobby and Charles. They did great work and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank from the Miley's

Woody is awesome! He squeezed me in right away even though I didn’t have an emergency. He sent Bobby over to my house to fix my leaky shower faucet. Awesome work, and hats off to Bobby as I know my faucet had a stripped screw which didn’t make for a super easy fix! Great communication from honest hardworking guys.

We had a pipe bust overnight, I called first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me in within a couple of hours. The service from Bobby and partner was courteous and professional! They fixed the issue quickly and all at a great rate! Thank you
